Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FIORI & CDS Reporting Consultant to design and develop modern SAP FIORI applications and ABAP CDS-based reports . The consultant will play a key role in building interactive dashboards, transactional apps, and real-time reports using SAP FIORI/UI5, ABAP CDS Views, and OData services. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and expertise in CDS-based reporting, analytics annotations, and FIORI/UI5 development . Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance SAP FIORI/UI5 applications , including: Custom transactional and analytical apps Enhancements to standard FIORI apps using SAP Fiori Elements & Smart Controls UX/UI improvements for business-friendly interfaces Design and optimize ABAP CDS Views to support analytical reporting: Define CDS-based queries with complex joins, aggregations, and filters Implement annotations for smart reports, KPIs, and embedded analytics Ensure performance tuning of CDS Views for large datasets Develop and manage OData services to integrate CDS Views with FIORI apps Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and design interactive FIORI dashboards Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies in CDS-based reports Ensure compliance with SAP FIORI/UI5 and CDS best practices Work closely with SAP S/4HANA functional teams to optimize data models for reporting Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations in SAP FIORI, CDS, and embedded analytics Required Skills & Qualifications: SAP FIORI/UI5 Development , including: SAP FIORI Elements & Smart Controls SAP Business Application Studio / Web IDE JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS ABAP CDS View-based Reporting , including: Developing and optimizing CDS Views for analytics Implementing annotations (UI, Consumption, Analytical, and KPI) Using CDS for embedded analytics in SAP FIORI OData Services & SAP Gateway , including: Developing & consuming OData services for FIORI apps Managing security & performance of OData queries Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and reporting structures Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills in CDS Views and FIORI/UI5 Effective communication skills to interact with business users and IT teams Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Fiori Launchpad Configuration Knowledge of SAP Analytics annotations for advanced reporting Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and SAP KPI modeling Familiarity with SAP Security roles for FIORI apps and CDS-based reports SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) knowledge is an added advantage
