Sap Financial Accounting Senior Consultant

As a SAP Financial Accounting consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic advice and design for Entity Accounting & Close processes with SAP S/4HANA. Your responsibilities will include: - Offering expertise on efficient and compliant methods for Entity Accounting & Close process design - Implementing design in Entity Accounting and Close Process while ensuring compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and US GAAP - Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process - Engaging with business stakeholders to design Entity Accounting & Close process - Configuring SAP Entity Accounting (SAP S/4HANA Finance) & Closing process to meet specific business requirements and align with accounting standards - Supporting integration of Entity Accounting with other SAP modules and third-party systems - Leading business workshops to demonstrate the process in SAP S/4HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process - Training business users and testing processes using SAP S/4HANA Entity Accounting In terms of experience and skillset, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 8-12 years of proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and hands-on experience in sub-modules like SAP FI, SAP FI-GL, SAP FI-AP, SAP FI-AR, SAP FI-AA - Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards - Experience as an end user of SAP Finance - Prior experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance in SAP ECC or/and in SAP S/4HANA - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams - Ability to influence change and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
