Job Summary: Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO S/4 Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, extensive expertise in business process mapping, and the ability to lead end-to-end SAP projects across diverse business environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions to support business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Drive system integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party tools. Manage full project life cycle activities, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live support. Monitor and resolve system issues post-implementation and provide expert-level support. Provide thought leadership to optimize and enhance SAP FICO processes, leveraging S/4HANA innovations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, global accounting standards, and statutory regulations. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
