Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a deep understanding of accounting processes and management accounting practices. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration between financial and controlling processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules according to business requirements. Provide expert-level guidance on financial processes, cost accounting, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. Perform system analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP). Gather and document business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions that align with business objectives. Implement best practices for SAP FICO configuration, data migration, and system integration. Support the end-to-end implementation of financial and controlling solutions, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Perform configuration of FI and CO modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). Develop and maintain reports, including financial statements and management reporting, utilizing SAP tools (e.g., SAP Report Painter, SAP BW). Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, providing solutions to ensure smooth business operations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with finance and business teams to identify opportunities for system improvements, process automation, and enhancements. Provide training and user support to finance teams on SAP FICO processes and functionality. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration, implementation, and support. In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, PCA, CCA, and COPA. Strong understanding of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR. Experience with financial reporting tools such as SAP Report Painter and SAP BW. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its financial modules is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support, including data migration and testing. Desirable: SAP FICO certification is a plus. Experience with SAP FICO in a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.). Knowledge of additional SAP technologies or modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or SAP BPC. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, ASAP).
