Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP FICO (FI, CO) to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana , financial accounting , and management accounting , with a proven track record in end-to-end implementation . Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICO implementation , configuration, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide expertise on SAP FICO best practices and ensure alignment with business needs. Support incident management , system upgrades, and post-implementation activities. Perform data migration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Mentor junior team members and lead projects effectively. Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field. 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full implementation cycles. SAP FICO Certification required. SAP S/4 Hana experience preferred.
