SAP FICO Consultant S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation Location: Chennai Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead Brownfield migration projects for SAP FICO Assess current ECC landscape & define migration roadmap Implement Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and adjust financial reporting Ensure compliance with New Asset Accounting Collaborate with technical teams for data conversion & reconciliation Conduct UAT, training & post-migration support Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring successful project delivery. Provide expertise on FI-GL, Cost Center Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules within SAP FICO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs. Develop detailed design documents, test scripts, and training materials for clients. Ensure timely resolution of issues during post-go-live support. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, ML) 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting with a focus on implementation projects. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migration tools (SUM, DMO, CVI) Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology Expertise in Business Partner (BP) concept Experience in CO-PA and Material Ledger in S/4HANA Strong finance & accounting background Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
