SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support

  SAP FICO modules

  including

  General Ledger (GL)

  ,

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  ,

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  ,

  Asset Accounting (AA)

  ,

  Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

  , and

  Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

  .
• Work on

  S/4HANA Finance

  functionalities such as

  New GL

  ,

  Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

  , and

  Central Finance

  .
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  
• Perform

  system configuration

  ,

  testing

  , and

  integration

  with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Manage

  end-to-end implementation

  and

  support projects

  from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
  
• Conduct

  user training

  ,

  UAT sessions

  , and

  documentation

  of configurations and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  
• Support

  finance closing activities

  ,

  reporting

  , and

  data migration

  .

Required Skills and Experience

• 4 to 10 years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP FICO

  module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of

  Financial Accounting (FI)

  and

  Controlling (CO)

  business processes.
• Hands-on experience in

  S/4HANA Finance

  environment (preferred).
• Understanding of

  integration points

  with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Experience in

  Configuration, Testing, and Production Support

  .
• Sound knowledge of

  Business Process Mapping

  ,

  Data Migration

  , and

  Reporting (Fiori, SAP Query, etc.)

  .
• Experience with

  profitability analysis (COPA)

  and

  cost object controlling

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
