Job Description

As a SAP FICO Lead and Architect at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career, be part of a collaborative community, and contribute to building a more sustainable and inclusive world. Your role will involve: - Leading and architecting SAP FICO solutions with expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA. - Working on S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and New Asset Accounting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. - Applying hands-on skills in blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment across global implementations. - Bringing added value with exposure to Group Reporting, Central Finance, and Treasury, along with strong analytical and client-facing capabilities. - Taking ownership of end-to-end SAP FICO project delivery, from requirement gathering to go-live. - Collaborating with global teams, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders, and leading finance transformation initiatives. - Mentoring junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. - Working on cutting-edge cloud IT infrastructure and SAP technologies with a high-performance global team. - Accelerating your career with structured learning, certifications, and international exposure. - Being part of a culture that emphasizes Innovation, Cloud, Security, and Automation, and enjoying an inclusive and supportive work environment. - Enhancing your skills while working on impactful, large-scale transformation projects.,
