Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 8 + years of SAP experience, including a strong track record with SAP. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP EWM, and will be proficient in deploying solutions aligned with SAPs clean core and fit-to-standard .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and enhance supply chain processes.
• The consultant will work closely with the client business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful EWM deployment and support, along with integration with other modules.
• Strong hand son experience in SAP EWM Design, configuration and implementation Proficiency in EWM master data and queue management
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM warehouse processes and solution in the areas of inbound, outbound, physical inventory and kitting.
• Proven ability to configure and deliver EWM processes such as Goods Receipt, put away, Picking, Packing, Goods Issue, and Physical Inventory.
• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and guide the client on standard EWM capabilities versus custom development.
• Configure EWM processes including Inbound, Outbound, put away, Picking, Physical Inventory, Cross-docking, and Warehouse Structure.
• Integrate EWM with other modules like MM, SD, and TM.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver optimal warehouse solutions.
• Participate in test planning, execution (including UAT), and support data migration and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements within warehouse operations.
• Stay updated with SAP EWM innovations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of warehouse master data, storage types, bins, and warehouse monitor.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard implementation approach.
• Excellent problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, or related field. SAP EWM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP TM and its integration with EWM.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems and MFS (Material Flow System) is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile project management and DevOps tools.
• Experience working with global teams and multi-country rollouts
