SAP Data Migration Architect - BODS Module

Job Description

Responsibilities : - Play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the data migration activities for SAP iMRO implementation projects. Candidate should have strong functional background - Must have experience in SAP Migration cockpit with at least 2 implementation experience. - Identify data cleansing and enrichment activities associated with business process transformation. - Develop appropriate Migration programs using the relevant tools(BODS, LSMW / BDC etc). - Execute data migration and remediation activities. - Develop the appropriate quality checks to support source to data verification activities. - Assist in developing a comprehensive data migration strategy and plan, considering data quality, mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, functional consultants, and technical teams, to define data migration requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. - Follow established data migration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, data governance standards, and security protocols. Qualifications : - At least 10 years of proven experience working in SAP Data Migration with 1-2 full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA experience. - Must have hands-on experience of working with SAP data migration tools - Data Services, Data Migration Cockpit, Rapid Data Migration, LSMW. - Strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with team members and other experts to identify and resolve data migration issues. - Understanding of business Processes in SAP with proven experience of working as an SAP functional consultant would be a plus. - Awareness in working with BODS, IDOC's, BAPI's, LTMC etc. - Knowledge of ABAP Development Programming Skills - Understanding MDG or related work experience would be nice to have.
