SAP CRM Functional Consultant

As a SAP CRM Senior Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will be responsible for: - Working on SAP CRM sales and service projects within industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, and Rental - Handling SAP SD Order to Cash processes - Participating in minimum two E2E implementation projects - Communicating effectively with Senior Management and Clients - Configuring One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management, and resource planning - Demonstrating strong consulting skills and business knowledge in SAP CRM Sales and Service area - Utilizing SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration - Using knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi, and WRICEF objects Key Qualifications for this role include: - At least 8 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM sales and service - Knowledge of CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, and Order to Cash processes Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions, a fast-growing international IT company and one of the world's leading SAP partners.
