About The Role

Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.

Demonstrate functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service, and interfaces with third-party applications.

Exhibit functional proficiency in SAP middleware, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations, and replications.

Show strong experience and domain knowledge in the CRM area, especially with regards to the Utilities industry.

Possess strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs.

Define and execute unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios.

Troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live support.
