Our client specializes in delivering high-quality, integrated business solutions using SAP technologies across various industries. Roles & Responsibilities : SAP Implementation & Support : Lead, design, and implement SAP solutions for clients. Provide support and enhancements across various SAP modules. System Integration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems. Customization : Configure SAP modules as per client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct testing, validate configurations, and resolve any issues or bugs during the implementation process. Documentation & Reporting : Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions, including functional specifications, process designs, and user manuals. Client Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring that client requirements are met. Training & Knowledge Transfer : Train users and provide knowledge transfer on new functionalities and system enhancements. Required Skills : Technical Skills : Strong understanding of SAP architecture, ABAP programming, and debugging skills would be an added advantage. Project Management : Proven track record in managing or contributing to large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts. Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex SAP issues. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Desired Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. Certifications : SAP Certifications in relevant modules would be highly desirable. Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
