About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Consultant to guide our transition to S/4HANA using Grow with SAP cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP modules, migration strategies, and post-implementation support, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity throughout the upgrade. Key Responsibilities Assess our current SAP landscape and recommend an optimal S/4HANA upgrade path. Lead the implementation and migration process, ensuring best practices for cloud adoption. Minimize downtime and proactively address potential risks during the transition. Provide post-upgrade support, optimization, and performance tuning. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Train internal teams on SAP functionalities and best practices. Required Skills Experience Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA upgrades, implementations, and migrations. Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, etc.) and integration strategies. Hands-on expertise in Grow with SAP solutions. Knowledge of business continuity planning and risk mitigation during upgrades. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience - 6-8 years.
