Role & responsibilities

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member with focus on deep expertise, continuous execution, throughput and quality

• Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;
• Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics;
• Handles client relationships, confirming effective communication;
• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise;
• Directs process redesign efforts;
• Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality;
• Assists with change activities to confirm business adoption and provides effective user training;
• Manages the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery;
• Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining thorough understanding of current and future state business processes;
• Provides in-depth knowledge of the SAP application and evaluates the customers processes against the standard SAP functionality;
• Demonstrates experience in use of SAP, specifically FI-Treasury Module in a support/AMS environment;
• Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected;
• Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customers business requirements;
• Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing and supporting vertical applications and localizations;
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Analyze and understand business problems.
• Model data and processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing;
• Familiar with and experienced in:
• Core application functionality
• Implementation Methodology
• Application technology stack;
• Prepares and monitors performance reports and implements solutions to improve the system performance;
• Responsible for performing installations, end to end SAP upgrades (SPS, Major SAP version), applying support packages and other support activities;
• Possesses strong knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration;
• Possesses configuration knowledge on SAP cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc;
• Should be familiar with SAP interfacing solutions such as OpenText, Redwood, Evolve and Information Steward;
• Should have experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing;
• SAP BOBI, Data services installation, configuration and administration;
• Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP industry leading practices;
• ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred;
• Implementation support experience using Solution Manager
• Worked on integration with other ECC modules;
• Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components;
• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
