Job Description

Key responsibilities

Design and Development:
Create end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and third-party applications, utilizing tools and technologies like Groovy scripting, XSLT, REST, SOAP, and OData.
Requirement Analysis:
Work with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and integration designs.
Implementation and Deployment:
Configure, develop, and deploy integration scenarios, ensuring they align with SAP guidelines and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Monitoring:
Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and manage error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms to ensure seamless operations.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical specifications, mapping rules, and other project documentation.
Testing:
Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate the functionality and performance of the integration solutions.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support, guidance, and training to clients and internal teams, and perform ongoing maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), knowledge of integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData), and scripting languages (Groovy, XSLT).
Integration Experience:
Experience with designing and implementing complex integration scenarios between SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and non-SAP systems. Experience with SAP PI/PO and migration from PI to CPI is a plus.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
Other:
A bachelor's degree in a related field and familiarity with BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform) is often required
