Job Description: Support troubleshooting, resolving SAP BASIS related issues SAP ECC/SCM/BI/,B4 HANA and S4 HANA Applications. Follow and maintain procedures and manage technologies and tasks based on "best practice" standards for tasks such as such as system refreshes, backup & recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment, background job monitoring/scheduling and Disaster Recovery Procedures. Evaluate, install and test Support packs and Kernel upgrades Resolves application outages, implement corrective and preventative actions Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and application issues Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime System refresh and Client copy Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration Work with operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution Manager Coordinate/Manage on call support.
