Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Business One (SAP B1) Developer to join our dynamic team. As an SAP B1 Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining SAP B1 solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business users to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration between SAP B1 and other enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions, including user-defined fields, user-defined tables, reports, and forms. Implement and support integration with third-party applications, systems, and data sources. Write, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for SAP B1. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 users. Ensure the timely delivery of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments and processes. Manage SAP B1 upgrades and patches, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. Conduct system analysis, identify bottlenecks, and improve system performance. Assist in training end-users and creating training materials to ensure effective use of SAP B1. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) development and customization. Strong knowledge of SAP B1 architecture, SDK, and add-ons. Proficient in SQL, stored procedures, and database management (MS SQL Server preferred). Experience with SAP B1 integration tools and data transfer workbench (DTW). Familiarity with SAP B1 Crystal Reports and report design. Good understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with SAP B1 HANA is a plus. Preferred Skills: Certification in SAP Business One or SAP B1 Development. Knowledge of SAP B1 9.3 and above. Experience with other SAP products such as SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Framework (B1if), and SAP Analytics Cloud.
