Ensuring that payment and expense entries are promptly recorded in the accounting software, encompassing both manual and automatic payment requests. Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payments, recover funds, and verify and execute payment proposals. Involved in handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails. Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Commerce graduate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Experience in invoice and vendor management along with resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation. Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities. Preferred technical and professional experience Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user. Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals. Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.
