Job Description SAP Application Management Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 10 Years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP Application Management Consultant to oversee the support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Application Management with expertise in managing incidents, change requests, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for SAP applications, ensuring system stability and performance. Handle incident management, change management, and problem resolution within defined SLAs. Perform SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements across modules. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless SAP application support. Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and debugging. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration issues. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes in SAP support and maintenance. Required Skills: 5-10 years of experience in SAP Application Management in a Managed Services environment . Expertise in at least one SAP module (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) with S/4 HANA support experience. Strong knowledge of SAP system monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting . Experience in handling SAP incident, change, and problem management . Good understanding of SAP Basis concepts for application performance tuning. Knowledge of SAP integration with third-party applications . Excellent analytical and communication skills to interact with business and technical teams. Ability to work in a shift-based environment as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in S/4 HANA or any relevant module . Experience working in ITIL-based support models . Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions .
