The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP modules relevant to production, inventory, and supply chain management. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancement in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP System Management: - Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP modules for manufacturing processes (MM, PP, WM, SD, etc.). - Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and efficient performance. 2. Process Optimization: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Identify inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows and suggest SAP-driven improvements. 3. Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide first-level support to end-users for SAP-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, bugs, and integration issues. 4. Training & Documentation: - Conduct user training on SAP functionalities and best practices. - Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work with IT, production, supply chain, and finance teams to enhance SAP utilization. - Assist in SAP integration with third-party applications and automation tools. 6. Compliance & Security: - Ensure adherence to internal controls, security protocols, and data governance policies. - Support audits and compliance initiatives related to SAP operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 4+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, WM, SD, or related modules. - Experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of integration with other enterprise systems. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP certification in relevant modules. - Knowledge of automation and digital transformation in manufacturing.
