Role & responsibilities SAP Analytics Responsibilities 1. Experience of SAP S4 HANA, PS, MM & FICO module with Dashboard. Evaluate the construction project requirements and determine how SAP solutions can meet those needs Implement and configure SAP software to align with business processes. 2. Oversee data validation efforts in SAP dashboard and Provide guidance on best practices in SAP Data Services and Information. 3. Assist users in defining new report requirements and act as a liaison between business units and the IT team. Create and execute test scenarios to ensure the quality of deliverables. Data Analytics Responsibilities 1. Analyse historical project data, Per Sq ft cost ,material costs, and labour cost, Inventory ageing to identify areas of overspending and optimize resource allocation. Project Performance Analysis: Track and analyse project performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights during monthly meetings. Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data systems to ensure data quality and accuracy. Reporting & Review: 1. Construction Site Experience in terms of Project functions and vendor functions. 2. Ability to do data Analytics and MIS reporting on this front.
