A seasonal Application Management Services (AMS) Delivery Manager Managed large and complex AMS engagements with multi locations in a 24x7 environment Experienced in managing distributed service delivery - locally and globally. Well versed and knowledgeable on driving SLA and KPI for an AMS engagement Experience of driving Automation and value-added services in the engagement Proven experience of productivity gains passed on to the customer Experience of working in a multi-Service line environment Extreme ownership of the engagement Proactive risk and mitigation management Manage change well and constantly thinking of excelling customer delivery and improving margins Drive Governance calls (including Steering calls) effectively Track record of delivering continuous improvement across Delivery Effective Stake holder management internal as well as external Skills and Competencies: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Excellent communication Good networking and articulating skills Strong leader with ability to drive and manage team for delivery excellence and business agility Played similar roles in the past with demonstrated success Strong knowledge about vendors in the market and collaborative working experience with them Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai
