The role holder is responsible for driving the development and deployment of a small set of modules for application systems and programs in coordination with the AR Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to guide the development of software application, ensuring end to end module functionality, and driving on-time project delivery through effective management of a team of Consultants. Manage the complete application development process from conception to deployment for intermediate modules, with the help of product owners and team members, proactively driving interactions with stakeholders to understand product requirements, contribute to the development of the product roadmap with respect to own modules and meet client expectations Lead efforts to drive process improvement through internal/cross functional discussions, attend Agile XP team meetings, and enable functional, technical reviews for assigned modules in an Agile environment. Review architectural diagrams, interface specifications, class structures, and other design documents. Use developed understanding of the process, and ensure all gaps are filled. Create testing strategies for new and previously developed software programs including practices such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Refactoring, Code Reviews and walk throughs along with Unit Test Coverage Methodologies that promote engineering excellence; drive the overall testing and code review process, and curate detailed feedback reviews for management. Collaborate with team members to create new applications and mitigate technical risks prior to launch. Apply knowledge of technology application methodologies process and tools to support client requirements, with an aim to reduce complexity and continuously improve application performance. Proactively respond to production problems and support production changes in the applications operating environment to drive engineering excellence Ensure adherence to the project budget and financial goals for assigned modules Facilitate the teams progress by periodically taking up capability building sessions for the team members, playing an important role in enhancing their technical skills and keeping the team focused on the goals of the project. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree / University degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA), Masters Degree would be an added advantage 8 to 10 Years of working experience in software and web development. Must have 2-3 End to End Implementation in SAP. Must have exp. In 1SAP HANA Migration. Must have 1-2 Technical Skills: Experience with HANA Studio, extensively working with CDS Views- Association, AMDP, extensively worked Object Oriented ABAP, working with ADT-Eclipse. Experience in working with APIs, DDIC, BAdIs, Enhancements Framework, Interface, BDC, BAPI, Debugging, Performance Tuning Reports, Interactive Reporting, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, User Exits/Customer Exits Functional knowledge & exposure to different modules of SAP like FICO, FSCD Knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile and SCRUM Work as team member to contribute to various technical streams of data management projects using SAP BODS as ETL tool. Complex Data blending with ETL tools and SAP BODS, extracting data from the source system (database, files, SFDC etc.) Develop ETL using SAP BODS processes to manage data quality, data consolidation and data reconciliation processes. Develop data movement audit and error management processes and support system Integration Testing for Data Migration/ETL. Collaborate with technology team and support the development of analytical models with the effective use of data and analytic techniques and validate the model results and articulate the insights to the business team Interface and communicate with the onsite teams directly to understand the requirement and determine the optimum solutions Provide product and design level functional and technical expertise along with best practices and get involved in business development activities like creating proof of concepts (POCs) using SAP BODS tool Experience with working in SAP-Fiori/UI5, BRF+, Workflow Must have 2 End to end Implementation and SAP and Well versed with SAP HANA Migration techniques. Working exp. into various data provisioning techniques provided by SAP HANA such as SLT, BODS, DXC Primary Skills ABAP Objects, ABAP OO, Core ABAP, Customer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Object Oriented ABAP, Results-Oriented, SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), SAP S/4HANA Shift Time Shift B (India)
