Role & responsibilities We are looking for a SAP ABAP + OData Developer with 4+ years of experience in SAP development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP programming and OData service development, ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance OData services using SAP Gateway for seamless data integration. Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize ABAP programs and OData services for performance improvements. Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions. Implement CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-specific enhancements to optimize data processing. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and support activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong expertise in ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits. Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining OData services using SAP Gateway. Good understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, and FI. Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-specific optimizations is an added advantage. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
