Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Operations Management Supervise daily salon activities and ensure smooth operations. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Ensure inventory levels are maintained (products, tools, consumables). Manage appointment scheduling and handle walk-ins effectively. 2. Staff Supervision and Development Lead, train, and motivate salon staff including hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff. Prepare and manage duty rosters, attendance, and leaves. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. 3. Customer Service & Experience Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints professionally. Build long-term customer relationships and promote client retention. Manage customer feedback and service quality standards. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly sales and service targets. Promote salon services, memberships, and product upselling. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain daily reports and communicate with management regularly.
