Role Description This is a full-time role for a Salon Manager located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day salon operations, managing and motivating staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training new employees, creating schedules, and promoting salon services and retail products. The Salon Manager will also ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Qualifications Possess Cosmetology and Hair Care skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Hiring and managing staffExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentRelevant certifications or licenses in cosmetology or related fields are a plusPrevious experience in a salon or wellness clinic is preferred
