As a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Inspiration Publication (India), your role will involve day-to-day sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and reach target schools. You will be working on-site full-time to implement strategies that enhance the company's market presence and increase sales. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales and marketing strategies to promote books for pre-school, pre-primary, primary, junior, and secondary classes - Develop relationships with schools to increase book recommendations and sales - Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing campaigns effectively - Utilize CRM software and marketing tools to track and optimize sales performance - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the publication company Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus - Understanding of the publishing industry is a plus Inspiration Publication (India) is an educational book publisher with a strong presence across PAN India.
