Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their financial needs, promoting suitable banking products and services, and meeting sales targets. The salesperson will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting in marketing initiatives to enhance the bank’s outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for client interaction
• Experience in understanding and recommending financial products and solutions
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial or banking sectors is an advantage
• Fluency in local language(s) and a customer-centric approach are highly desirable
