As a Salesperson at Made for HR Consulting Firm, your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients in need of HR and corporate support services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients, presenting and pitching our service offerings to key decision-makers, and providing customized solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiation, collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients requiring HR and corporate support services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. - Present and pitch service offerings to key decision-makers. - Understand client needs and provide customized solutions. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiation. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. Requirements: - 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in HR consulting, corporate branding, or facility management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
