Billing Policy & Sales Responsibilities At RajRajeshwari Spice Foods Ltd., we prioritize transparent and efficient billing practices along with well-defined sales responsibilities for our team members. Billing Policy: • 100% Advance Billing: o All transactions with distributors clients must be processed on a 100% advance payment basis. o No credit will be extended under any circumstances to ensure smooth cash flow and trust in business operations. Sales Responsibilities: 1. Primary Sales: o Drive primary sales by ensuring stock movement from the company to distributors. o Build and maintain distributor relationships for timely order placement and payment adherence. 2. Secondary Sales: o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from distributors to retailers (General Trade). o Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and demand. o Support distributors in demand generation and resolving retail-level issues. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) for General Trade (GT): 1. Distributor Appointment and Management: o Identify and onboard distributors in assigned territories. o Ensure efficient supply chain operations through coordination with distributors. 2. Market Expansion: o Increase product visibility in traditional retail outlets such as grocery stores and supermarkets. o Drive sales growth by implementing planned sales strategies and achieving targets. 3. Team Management: o Lead, train, and motivate sales executives for peak performance. o Monitor team KPIs and align them with company goals. 4. Promotional Activities: o Organize promotional events and product sampling to boost sales. o Maintain high merchandising standards. 5. Performance Analysis: o Analyze sales data and competitor activities to optimize strategies. o Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales reports.
