Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for foundry and machine shop services. Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge & Presentations : Understand and effectively communicate the companys offerings to potential clients. Market Research : Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Negotiations & Closing : Negotiate terms and close sales with customers, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment. Marketing Support : Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility. Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management. Required Qualifications: Education : Masters’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : 5-7 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Languages : Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi preferred. Additional Information: Salary : Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Reports To : Senior Management (Director, CEO, or equivalent).
