What's this role about? Here's how you'll contribute: You'll do this by: Core Skills: User Management: Creating, updating, and managing user profiles and permissions within Salesforce. Ensuring data security and access control. Platform Configuration: Setting up and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet business needs. Configuring sales and service processes, workflows, and automations. Data Management: Maintaining data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing, validation, and import/export processes. Implementing data storage and security best practices. Troubleshooting and Support: Identifying and resolving technical issues and user inquiries related to Salesforce. Providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Reporting and Analytics: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions. Communicating effectively with users and providing training on Salesforce features and functionality.
