Salesforce Tester

5+ years of experience in Testing Salesforce Applications.

• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC.

• Good knowledge of Salesforce Admin/configuration activities.

• Experience working on Agile projects.

• Good functional knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds

• Experience testing data migrations into Salesforce

• Strong written and verbal communication, client facing and problem-solving skills.

• Team management, good team player, proactive and quick learner.

• Experience using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality

• Salesforce.com Administrator certification is good to have.

•  Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

• Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience, Salesforce.com certification preferred

• Team player with a positive “Can-do” attitude

• Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.

• Experience in testing Salesforce platform is required.

• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications.

• Should be able to devise QA strategy for Salesforce based application.

• Experience working in Agile projects.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

• Should have experience in functional, integration and regression testing skills.

Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing; including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
