Salesforce Tester Health Cloud & Sales Cloud

As an experienced Salesforce Tester specializing in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud, your role will involve conducting end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality delivery in multiple Agile releases. Key Responsibilities: - Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prepare and execute manual test cases for Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules. - Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and data integrity. - Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations, data migration, and reports. - Perform API testing using tools like Postman. - Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira. - Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) as part of an Agile QA team. - Support UAT activities and validate all functional scenarios before release. - Prepare detailed test documentation such as test plans, execution logs, and summary reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce manual testing experience, focusing on Sales Cloud and Health Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and workflows. - Proficiency in API and integration testing. - Familiarity with Jira for defect and test management. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Salesforce certifications (Admin / Health Cloud) would be advantageous.
