Salesforce Test Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester to be part of our team developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Role & responsibilities Review functional requirements and technical designs to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Understand system components and process workflows, how they interact with one another, and perform different types of testing: functional, system, regression etc. Communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers on tasks related to the planning, testing, and coordination of release activities. Help resolve any issues. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment Demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with teammates and customers Required Skills: Ability to learn complex business processes, pick up unfamiliar concepts quickly Ability to perform Salesforce admin related tasks Clear communicator - you are concise and articulate in speech and writing A team player who is ready to look beyond assigned tasks, assists other team members and contributes to overall success of project Deep experience and understanding of web application/mobile/product testing Desire to improve QA process and create new processes where gaps are identified Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing. A minimum 3 years of experience working in Salesforce (must), preferably Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud BE \ B-Tech \ BS or ME \ M-Tech \ MS \ MCA degree in any disciplines of Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering with minimum 60% at graduation/post graduation. Knowledge of released management, version control concepts and tools like GIT is preferred Basic understanding of web application architecture ISTQB and/or Salesforce Admin certification is nice to have Candidate should be available to attend in-person interview in our office at Baner Available to join in less than 15 days if selected
