Job Description Summary: The Salesforce Technical Associate will be working within the Enterprise Delivery CRM team, reporting to the Asia Pacific Success Lead (Technical Application Architect) Responsible for the design of technical salesforce solutions, this role will work alongside our team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Data Analysts, Functional consultants and Product Owners to best service our user base. As the Salesforce Technical Associate, you ll play a vital role at Cushman Wakefield. We are looking for an individual that will be part of a regional team responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. Our salesforce platform is a key foundation in our company strategy. The successful candidate will support the Senior Application Architect in writing technical solutions for our developers to implement. We are looking for someone with the technical skills to design solutions based on business requirements, must have thorough understanding of the salesforce platform and ecosystem. Re spo n s i bi l i t i es: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, admin configuration and customization stories and advanced code solutions, including LWC, Dynamic Page layouts, Flows, Sharing, SQL Queries, APEX, triggers, 3 rd party integrations etc. Work closely with developers and administrators to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration tasks. Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality of Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements. Provide ongoing support to developers, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges. Continuously evaluate and recommend opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced functionality within the Salesforce platform. Provide innovative and creative solutions to meet requirements including design and configuration Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice design and implementation of the Salesforce system. Requirements: An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment Ability to interpret user business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Hands on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controls, APEX, LWC, Triggers. Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done - Drive and desire to learn and grow technical skill set. At t r ibu t e s : Must be a detail-oriented individual. Must be focused on each detail of requirement and acceptance criteria to ensure it can be delivered and all details have been thought through. Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of salesforce when solving business problems. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skills Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
