Salesforce Technical Architect/ Senior Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers. Your expertise will involve a wide range of technologies such as Salesforce.com products, APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies. You are expected to be a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver with a broad and deep knowledge and skills. Your systems design should be robust to handle high volumes and critical points without failure. Your solutions should be long-term oriented and scalable for the customer's growth plans. Additionally, you should have experience in integrating systems via APIs and possess a strong development background. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform - Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with client objectives - Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects - Define and follow coding standards, conduct code reviews to ensure quality - Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations - Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role - Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues by understanding project requirements - Participate in pre-sales activities like discovery sessions and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development - Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations - Travel to client sites for projects, estimated 50-75% of the time **Requirements:** - Degree or equivalent proven experience required, with evaluation based on core proficiencies for the role - 9-20 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform - Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds - Knowledge of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions - Familiarity with key design patterns, large data volume limitations, and data sharing considerations - Understanding of platform authentication patterns like SAML, SSO, OAuth - Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with different business systems - Strong understanding of environment and release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies - Expertise in platform security capabilities such as TLS, SSL - Ability to define system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions for desired business outcomes - Background in design/development of large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure - Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to achieve relevant certifications upon hire,
