Job Description

Manage Salesforce continuous improvement projects end to end, coordinating cross-functionally as necessary to gather requirements, ideate and decide upon solution paths, implementation and testing. Identify areas for improvement and cross-functional dependencies. Brainstorm solutions and suggest optimal solution path. Gains a deep understanding of sales systems and processes and provides insights into the impact of any potential configuration changes. Manage Salesforce configuration projects, including (but not limited to): Declarative Automation, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports. Assist with onboarding and project training/enablement for sales tools and processes. Generates and analyzes simple and complex reports from Salesforce based on business needs as requested by the sales and sales management team Provides day-to-day support and administration for Salesforce Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups Maintains data cleanliness, identifies, and resolves data inaccuracies within our systems User support tickets Bulk data management Manage deal desk processes Preferred Experience/Qualifications 0-5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator 4-year degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Degrees in similar analytical areas of study will also be considered. Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. A successful candidate will also exhibit a strong desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company s operations and be able to interact directly with other departments. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of SQL Server or academic study of SQL is preferred. Ability to travel 0-10% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, offsites, etc.
