About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Manager Business Development Lead to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our Salesforce business portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce sales, partner engagement, and client success management, with the ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Salesforce sales and business development activities, driving new client acquisition and partnership opportunities.

* Connect and collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs), Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and key stakeholders within the Salesforce ecosystem.

* Develop and execute monthly lead generation strategies, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

* Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to understand business needs and propose Salesforce solutions.

* Work closely with the delivery and customer success teams to ensure high client satisfaction, identify pain points, and provide ongoing value.

* Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other advanced sales intelligence tools to target and nurture high-value prospects.

* Represent the company at Salesforce events, partner meetings, and client sites willingness to travel is essential.

* Report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce sales, business development, or partner management.

* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem (AEs, PAMs, partners, clients).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and modern sales prospecting platforms.

* Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite and partner ecosystem.

* Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.

* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
