Job Description

As a Salesforce OmniStudio DevOps professional, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions using the Omni Studio platform within the Salesforce ecosystem. You are required to have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, Omni Studio, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability. - Developing and automating deployment processes for Salesforce applications. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects. - Collaborating with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. - Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. - Managing version control and repositories for Salesforce projects. - Providing technical support and guidance to Salesforce users. - Reviewing and merging work in source control. - Setting up, monitoring, and improving DevOps processes. - Overseeing the DevOps process and offering mentorship. - Having development knowledge in Apex, LWC, and APIs. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Proficiency in Salesforce, OmniStudio, SFDC Configuration, Apex, Rest or SOAP Integration, and LWC. - Good development knowledge in OmniStudio.
