• 7+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience and working knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
• Experience of Automating test scripts for testing Journey Builder builds.
• Good Knowledge of Query Studio ,SQL And test data creation .
• Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business teams to ensure the quality E2E and UAT testing process.
• Demonstrated expertise in test strategy, test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience to work on JIRA, Xray.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an Agile process and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good Analytical, logical thinking and good team player.
