**Job Description: ** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SFMC functionality, strong technical capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and integrating SFMC with various Salesforce products and other marketing tools. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, independent competency, project management skills, and hands-on execution experience in marketing automation. **Key Responsibilities: ** - Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push notifications. - Execute day to day campaign request and update respective stakeholders. - Proficient in configuring Email Studio, Mobile Studio (Push, SMS, WhatsApp), Admin, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Builder, Journey Builder, Reports, and Einstein. - Hands-on expertise in HTML and CSS for writing HTML codes used in emails, amscript, including dynamic email functionalities. - Provide production support, analyse issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance. - Technical and Functional proficiency with understanding of Business Acumen. - Data management - Proficiency in managing data within SFMC, including data modelling, segmentation, data extensions, and synchronization with external data sources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide customers through the implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions. - Develop marketing automation-specific user stories, functional specifications, and project plans in coordination with stakeholders. - Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business needs and customize marketing solutions using SFMC. - Track and manage project progress and update to respective stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance on marketing best practices and negotiating solutions for complex scenarios. **Preferred Certifications: ** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification **Requirements: ** - Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and integration. - Excellent communication and Client handling skills. - Strong technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related MarTech and AdTech solutions. - Ability to uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions. - Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud studios are must. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and facilitation skills. - Understanding of Marketing Automation Data Governance, Security, and Compliance best practices. - Location: Mumbai, with occasional travel to Pune as required.
