Role & Responsibilities: Identify and implement key use cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within our SaaS-based customer journey . Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with our SaaS platform, CRM, and marketing infrastructure using APIs, data extensions, and webhooks . Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI features , including: Einstein Engagement Scoring Predict customer engagement and optimize messaging strategies. Einstein Send Time Optimization (STO) Automate the best time to send messages for maximum engagement. Einstein Content Selection Personalize and optimize content dynamically for different customer segments. Einstein Copy Insights – Use AI-powered suggestions to improve email and message copy. Einstein Frequency Optimization – Prevent over-messaging and enhance engagement. Develop and implement personalized omnichannel customer engagement strategies through email, SMS, push notifications, and social media . Utilize AI-driven segmentation and predictive analytics to improve campaign performance. Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure seamless data flow and automation. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and email marketing best practices . Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics using AI-powered insights for better engagement and ROI . Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio . Hands-on experience with Einstein AI features for predictive analytics and automation. Experience with APIs, data extensions, and integrations between SFMC and external platforms. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for advanced customization. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for SFMC integration. Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or other platforms) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach . Nice to Have: Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions . Knowledge of Google Analytics, Segment, or other marketing analytics tools . Understanding of event-driven marketing and real-time customer interactions . Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant, or SFMC Developer).
