The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience across Salesforce's platform, including declarative tools and custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and maximize platform capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of Salesforce's core architecture, and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems through efficient automation and data-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to support evolving business needs. Configure and manage Salesforce core platform elements, including Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Flows, Profiles, and Permission Sets. Ensure platform integrity and security through in-depth understanding of Salesforce's Data Model and Security Model. Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, and apply industry-standard integration patterns. Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code with strong emphasis on best practices, reusability, and adherence to governor limits. Implement and execute comprehensive unit testing, achieving test coverage of at least 75%, and ensure robust error handling and logging using debug tools and exception handling techniques. Use version control tools (e.g., Git) to manage source code effectively, and follow best practices for development lifecycle management through sandboxes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and deployment planning. Support legacy systems through maintenance and enhancement of Visualforce and Aura Components, while ensuring seamless migration to Lightning Experience where applicable. Utilize tools such as Change Sets or third-party deployment tools to manage application deployments across environments. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements to maximize ROI from the platform. Required Skills & Experience: Strong command of Salesforce Platform development and administration. Hands-on experience with Apex (Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch/Queueable Apex). Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration best practices. Skilled in Salesforce administration, including security model, user roles, and automation tools like Flows. Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox usage, and deployment tools. Experience in writing effective unit tests, understanding governor limits, and using debug logs for troubleshooting. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
