Role: Salesforce Lead/ Architect Location: Hyderabad Mode of Work: Onsite Experience: 8 10 years Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month Job Description: Solution Design and Architecture - Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures - Develop and maintain Salesforce technical roadmaps and strategies Technical Leadership and Guidance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other system - Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on best practices, technical skills, and career development to build a high-performing team. Solution Implementation and Deployment - Lead Salesforce migrations and implementations - Manage the lifecycle of solution implementation, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Design and implement Salesforce data management and integration strategies - Develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation and knowledge base Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to understand and document detailed project requirements and priorities. Compliance - Develop and enforce Salesforce governance and security policies - Conduct Salesforce performance optimization and tuning
