Job Responsibilities: Assist in Salesforce CRM platform implementation and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and assist in the customization of Salesforce applications. Perform data migrations, troubleshoot, and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues. Support in testing and quality assurance for Salesforce releases and updates. Assist in developing Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce customizations. Contribute to the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards. Support the development of Salesforce automation processes, workflows, and triggers. Engage in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: BE/BTech (Computer Science) MCA (Master of Computer Applications) Salesforce Certification is Mandatory Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM (Hands-on experience or knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage). Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or any other relevant certification). Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration is a plus. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
