Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the successful delivery of a Salesforce implementation project . The role involves driving agile best practices, removing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional teams located across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Salesforce project delivery within an agile environment. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master , ideally on Salesforce or CRM projects. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Proven experience managing Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud) implementations. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Proficient with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
