Salesforce DevOps Engineer

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications to meet the business requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple teams, leading and mentoring the development team, managing the end-to-end CI/CD process, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to DevOps and security best practices. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, track project progress, and stay updated with Salesforce DevOps trends and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Lead and mentor the development team, making key technical decisions. - Manage and monitor the end-to-end CI/CD process for Salesforce deployments. - Identify and resolve deployment, integration, and version control issues efficiently. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team productivity. - Track project progress for timely and quality delivery of application features. - Stay updated with Salesforce DevOps trends, tools, and new releases. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps tools and best practices. - Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD and version control systems like Git. - Solid grasp of Salesforce metadata management and deployment automation. - Expertise in troubleshooting application and deployment issues.
