Salesforce Development and Technical Design Developer

As a Salesforce Development and Technical Design Developer, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Development with good knowledge of Apex, Lighting, and flows. - Developing Apex Classes and Triggers, as well as test classes for all custom development. - Custom user interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. - Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization. - Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and considerations such as security, scalability, and limits. - Adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing/maintaining test classes for all custom development. - Designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Implementing and testing applications, creating customer workflows, and testing the stability and functionality of the application. - Troubleshooting and fixing bugs, writing documents, and providing technical training for Salesforce staff. - Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other task forces/clients. - Utilizing analytical skills to analyze customer requirements and convert them into appropriate design and code. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills to manage and monitor bugs/errors and find relevant solutions quickly. - Having basic project management skills to execute portions on time and work well with others. - Leading the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment, managing post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes. - Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying Salesforce solutions, collaborating with pre-sales support and solutions architecture team on integrations and solution deployment. - Communicating effectively with project teams regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions. - Continuing to grow as a developer by staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform. - Performing requirements gathering, analysis, and estimation for Salesforce development projects. - Preparing formal project documentation including requirements specifications, system design documents, current & future state diagrams, test cases, and user manuals.
